The singer on Facebook said they are ready to pay the money only if its true their leader took the cash from the unknown complainant.
Diamond in her statement further questioned Ghana Police the whereabouts of the individual who lodged the complain against the founder and leader of the God’s Way International Church. The aspiring MP for Trobu Constituency asked if the country is serious in its dealings because she does not understand why her leader was arrested in August 2016 when according to her Police claim the case was made in November 2015.
“Dear Ghana Police, Where is your complainant? Are u trying to tell Ghanaians that it was a Ghost that made a case against Bishop Obinim? We are ready to pay the 11.6 million cedis if is really true but ur “Ghost” of a Complainant is out of coverage area? It seems he doesn’t exist.. Eeeiiii is Ghana a serious country? You claim the case was made to Ghana police in November 2015 so why arrest him now? Outspoken entertainment critic, Prince Tsegah before Diamond’s Facebook post had challenged the musician on Amanda Jissih’s Showbiz Filla show on Hitz FM to pay the said amount if its true that her man of God took the cash else she should keep quiet forever and never comment on any Obinim related issue in the country.

According to Graphic report, Founder and leader of the International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim was arrested by the Tema Regional Police for allegedly defrauding a man of GH¢11.6 million.
ASP Darkwa said the complainant stated that in June, Bishop Obinim asked him to bring an amount of GH¢11.6 million to help in retrieving the money from the Okomfo.
However, since the complainant gave the money to the Bishop, he has not been able to retrieve the said amount of money from the fetish priest, the police said.
