Music video director, Pascal Aka has disclosed that he did not like D-Black’s Vera song but he had to direct it because of its popularity. The multiple award-winning director in an interview with Sammy Flex on Pluzz FM said there are many songs he has directed that he did not like them.
I’ve done videos for songs I hate but because it is popular, I had to do it and then they got very very popular and my career blew up. I’m a hiphop guy and sometimes the azonto things, there are some songs that I like and there are some songs I didn’t like but I still worked on it because of how popular it was.
I won’t lie to you, I will say it right now. D-black’s Vera, I did not like that at all but because it was popular, because of the movement around it I had to jump on it and it was success. Vera was very popular, people liked the video and I got lots of business from it.
