This statement was made after Stonebwoy’s team made an appeal on radio for people to help them fly the BET winner to Jamaica for the Reggae/Dancehall festival.
“If they are ready to go to Jamaica, I’m ready to give Stonebwoy $5000 if they call me,” Shatta said on Pluzz FM.
“We are in an industry where we need to support each other. I can promise them, If they can get a ticket from Ghana to America I can get them a ticket to Jamaica. It’s Stonebwoy, he is my dude. That’s why I always say we should work hard and make money.
“I listened to the manager and I’m not happy about what he was saying. He shouldn’t even come out like that. But he has to be there and “you can’t force there to be there when there is not there.”
The Reggae Sting will happen on December 26th in Jamaica.
